  • OCM Availability and Virtual Resources

IMPORTANT: To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Ohio State is suspending face-to-face classes and transitioning to virtual learning for the remainder of the semester. The Office of Career Management has made the following changes to our services temporarily:

    • 150 Gerlach Hall is currently CLOSED to all visitors – but the Office of Career Management staff are available to support you virtually, until further notice.  If you have a quick question, you can email it to: FCOB-careerserv@osu.edu

    • The Office of Career Management will offer virtual appointments and QUIC interviews through the remainder of the semester and additional availability will be posted in Handshake.

    • Peer Career Coaches are providing feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles via email.  If you would like feedback from a Peer Career Coach send your resume/cover letter/LinkedIn profile PDF to fcob-careercoach@osu.edu.  You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.

Thank you for your patience as we work together to ensure health and safety at Ohio State and beyond.

  • Handout on Developing Your Skills During COVID-19

    Student Skill-Building Resources during COVID-19

To provide opportunities for students to continue developing themselves personally and professionally during the summer, the Office of Career Management has compiled a list of online resources for students to explore on their own! The list connects students with materials to build their knowledge in various skill sets with accredited online entities, including Tableau, Udemy, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others. It is the Office of Career Management’s hope that amidst these uncertain times, this resource list can be a useful tool for Fisher students.

We also encourage you to register with OSU's Student Life Disability Services (SLDS). SLDS contact information: slds@osu.edu; 614-292-3307; slds.osu.edu; 098 Baker Hall, 113 W. 12th Avenue.
