Fisher Emerging Consultants

Fisher Emerging Consultants (FEC) is a selective program/class for sophomores and juniors interested in working in the field of consulting. Students selected for FEC work with select career management staff to develop a consulting focused job search strategy plan and receive personalized coaching while networking with top consulting firms.

If you are accepted into Fisher Emerging Consultants, you will:

  • Identify steps to take in a consulting internship or job search
  • Apply consulting interview techniques
  • Demonstrate professionalism in presentation, networking, and business communications

 

Requirements:

  • You must be admitted as a Business Major by Spring 2024.  Students from other colleges are welcome to apply, although business majors will be given priority in the selection process
  • You must have at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA
  • You must be available to enroll in the Fisher Emerging Consultants section of BA2601, which will meet during the first session of the spring semester on Wednesdays and Fridays between 8:55 am – 10:05 am
  • You must be planning to graduate between December 2025 – August 2027
