During the first year, Career and Industry Immersion Academies introduce MBA candidates to various career pathways while preparing them for internship opportunities. 

MBA Academies facilitate: 

• Deep knowledge of industries, roles and the skills needed to succeed
• Networking with alumni and recruiters 
• Connection to industry leaders
• Site visits to companies (during Autumn break)
• Clarity around personal career trajectory 

Discover Your Career Pathway

Autumn Semester (.75 elective credits) focuses on exploring specializations of greatest interest, developing professional networks, and refining goals. Spring Semester (.75 elective credits) requires a deep dive into solving complex problems by functional areas and preparing for summer internships. You can pick up to two academy choice(s). The academies will be offered in year one in the Autumn and Spring, providing the opportunity to switch.
