Course Description
Consulting Project in INDIA
A one-credit class, BUSADM 4189, Advanced Field Study, scheduled during Spring Semester, second 7-week session, will be REQUIRED of ALL global projects program students.
Graded as P/F, the Consulting Project in India course will be conducted in both an on-line format, as well as small in-class sessions for your specific location.
The in-class sessions will be held in Mason Hall Rotunda, at the following times:
TBA
Please keep this time available in your spring class schedule so you don't conflict with another class. Also, be sure to keep room in your schedule for this one-credit hour class because if you schedule over 18 hours, you will be required to pay for this additional credit hour.
During the class, students will better understand the dynamics of doing business in India, resources for project management, mitigating risk while traveling, understanding how to assimilate into the Indian culture, understanding how to make the most of this opportunity, and health and safety concerns will be covered. Additional content will focus on pre-departure logistical information to help students be successful during your internship.
Admitted students will be automatically enrolled in this course.
Students cannot self-enroll. Please leave room in your spring schedule to accommodate this one-credit required course.
