Fisher College of Business presents Six Sigma training designed as the most time-sensitive, value-driven program in existence. Total Quality Management principles identify and eliminate operations inefficiencies in each and every process of a company’s product or service. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training uses time-tested processes to enable your company to increase profits, strengthen market share and improve customer satisfaction. This program features a self-paced 80-hour online program followed by a one-week in-class experience.

Fisher College of Business has partnered with MoreSteam to present an innovative Master Black Belt development program. The program design employs a blended learning model that incorporates world-class instruction delivered in both the classroom and online. The training program covers the Master Black Belt body of knowledge and topics ranging from advanced DOE to Leading Change to Finance for Master Black Belts.

The Graduate Certificate in IT Business Strategy offers information technology professionals a one-of-a-kind opportunity that will develop their business acumen and strengthen their leadership skills in an ever-changing business landscape. IT is no longer seen as a support unit, but the engine that drives a company's strategy. This program teaches IT leaders how to move from having a seat at the strategy table to having a voice in driving strategy conversations.

Productivity Inc. and Fisher College of Business offer a program unlike any other. The Lean Manager Certification Program (LMAC)is designed for middle and top-level executives at any company who seek the essential knowledge necessary to drive Lean throughout their entire organization. This highly interactive and fully accredited program teaches a carefully sequenced arrangement of Lean concepts and tools.
Working in concert with the Fisher College of Business, Productivity has combined years of TPM implementation experience with the resources of one of the top business schools in the country to create the Total Productive Maintenance Certification Program. Moving from a reactive maintenance organization to a proactive maintenance organization requires constant improvement in the way the maintenance process is managed. To reach this goal, you must build a maintenance organization unburdened by firefighting and focused on preventive, scheduled and corrective maintenance activities. For it is only when you have achieved a stable maintenance operation that you can reach your overall improvement goals.
The Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE), with an additional specialized track in Health Care, is an innovative 12-month degree program. This dynamic program focuses on preparing high-potential managers for leadership in the rapidly changing continuous improvement environment found in service, healthcare, and manufacturing organizations. Built on faculty strength in operations management and the reputation developed through 23 years of growth in COE, this program is designed to create lean thought leaders with a bias for action. As a result of the MBOE experience, managers will learn how to achieve operational excellence, better than the competition, by utilizing a variety of Lean and Six Sigma tools including value stream management, employee engagement, waste reduction, capability building, and innovation.
