    We deliver high-impact experiences that challenge our participants to learn by applying their knowledge to real-world situations, receive feedback, and reflect on their opportunities to hone their leadership abilities. Examples of our transformational programs and experiences include:

    • Leadership simulations designed to evaluate leadership competencies
    • Ethical case studies to examine how each student would navigate practical situations and decisions
    • Pro-bono projects with local non-profit organizations which allow students to apply their business and leadership knowledge in a real-world setting while delivering a product to an organization
    • Dialogues and workshops on implicit bias and inclusive leadership to prepare our next generation of leaders to value all individuals and create climates of inclusion
    • Teambuilding activities that challenge groups to build trust
    • Corporate Mentorship program that matches students with Fisher alumni and community partners in a one-to-one match based on interests, goals, and personality
    • Field visits to learn about organizations' leadership philosophies and workplace cultures
    • Networking events with local community and business leaders
  • Principled Leadership Foundations

    Available for all Fisher College of Business graduate and undergraduate students, the Principled Leadership Foundations series introduces leadership concepts and competencies through the classroom environment.

      Undergraduate Dean's Leadership Academy

      Enhance your educational experience at The Ohio State University by developing the critical leadership principles and competencies that you need to succeed post-graduation. Participants of the Dean’s Leadership Academy hone their self-awareness and personal effectiveness, gain real-world leadership experiences, and connect to a community of driven and inclusive leaders.

      Not your typical leadership program, the Dean’s Leadership Academy is designed to provide undergraduate students leadership development that is both academic and experiential in nature – challenging participants inside and outside of the classroom. Academy participants investigate what it means to be a principled leader, build an understanding of essential leadership competencies and skills, cultivate their self-awareness through critical reflection, and hone personal effectiveness through practical experiences within the Academy coursework and additional opportunities.

    • Transformational Experiences

      Our transformational experiences are designed to elevate participants' understanding of their leadership identity, style, strengths, and areas for growth. These experiences range from 60-minute interactive workshops to 48-hour overnight retreats to accommodate a variety of schedules, and are open to all graduate and undergraduate students.
