Gordon BethuneIn the airline industry, few names inspire as much awe, admiration, and accolades as Gordon Bethune, former CEO and Chair of Continental Airlines. Bethune spearheaded one of the most dramatic corporate turnarounds in United States history. When he joined the troubled carrier as president and COO in 1994, Continental consistently ranked last in every measurable performance metric. He became CEO nine months later and was elected chairman of the board of directors in 1996. When he finished working his magic at Continental, the airline stood at the top of the heap, ranked by Fortune magazine as the No. 1 “Most Admired Global Airline.” He retired in 2004.

Randall KrosznerProfessor Randall Kroszner is a heavy hitter when it comes to governance and U.S. financial markets.  He has been teaching Economics at the University of Chicago since 1990 and served as a Governor of the Federal Reserve System from 2006 until 2009, where he played key roles on both the Supervision and Regulation of Banking Institutions committee and the Consumer and Community Affairs committee. He represented the Federal Reserve Board on the Financial Stability Forum, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, and the Central Bank Governors of the American Continent and was a director of NeighborWorks America. A frequent commentator in the international media, Dr. Krozner provides advice to financial institutions, government organizations, and central banks throughout the world.

While remaining independent and privately held, the company now operates 26 units with 12 other concepts in 11 states, enjoys a highly successful catering division - Cameron Mitchell Premier Events, and manages the growth and development of the 25 unit Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Taverns.  With an entrepreneur’s energy, vision and passion, Mitchell’s sights are set on the development of new restaurant concepts and the expansion of the Ocean Prime, Rusty Bucket, and other concepts in his portfolio.
