Ohio State student pioneers 3D printing for artificial limbs
Aaron Westbrook decided, back when he was a high school student in New Albany, that he could develop a better prosthetic arm than the one he received when he turned 14. Now a sophomore at Fisher, Westbrook started Form5 Prosthetics, a nonprofit to make more economical and easier-to-use artificial limbs.

MAcc program accepting GRE test scores
Attracting the best and brightest accounting minds — no matter their undergraduate training — is at the heart of a change in outreach and recruiting efforts in Fisher’s Master of Accounting (MAcc) program. Executive Education: Off campus at Nationwide
When the idea to offer a customized course focused on data and analytics at Nationwide popped up on Jodi Abbate’s radar, she had two questions: did Nationwide associates want such a course and, if so, who could deliver one? Abbate turned to some familiar faces at Fisher and worked with its Executive Education team, to create the Analytics in Action Seminar Series, a year-long, custom data and analytics workshop at Nationwide.

The Risk Institute at Ohio State works with companies such as Worldpay, Discover and Abbott Nutrition connect them with MBA and specialized master's students to develop ways to combat risk.

Tyson family continues its commitment to diversity and inclusion
From sharing his story with Fisher students, to serving on the college’s Dean’s Advisory Council, to supporting graduate students through scholarships, Jesse Tyson’s (MBA '76) pride in his Ohio State roots is immense. Now, that legacy of engagement is a permanent part of the Fisher campus. Together with his wife, Cheryl, the family was recently honored for their generosity in the creation of the Cheryl and Jesse Tyson Diversity and Inclusion Suite.

Fisher students join efforts to help grow Ohio exports
As part of the Ohio Export Internship Program, more than 40 students utilized their export-focused coursework to conduct research on overseas markets, create export compliance manuals and assist with sales and marketing plans. The 43 members of the OEIP Class of 2019 were recently recognized by Lt. Governor Jon Husted, along with Lydia Mihalik, director of the Ohio Development Services Agency. They were joined by representatives from Fisher, Cleveland State University Monte Ahuja College of Business and Youngstown State University Williamson College of Business.
