Brenda joined BMW Financial Services in July 2014. Prior to BMW, Brenda lived and worked, in the Asia Pacific Region for 20 years. (Beijing 13 years, Shanghai 3 years and Singapore 4 years) 

Brenda’s professional career began in 1988 when she became a Collections Representative for GE Capital in North Canton Ohio. Between 1988 and mid 1994 she was promoted to Collections Team Leader, Training Manager, Finance Analyst and Finance Manager. Brenda attained a Master Degree in Organization Development at Kent State University, Kent Ohio in 1992. 

In 1994 Brenda moved to Beijing, China where she held various roles within GE China. Positions included China Asset Manager, New Business Developer, Training Manager and Asia Pacific Quality Manager. 

In 1995 Brenda was selected to champion the training and deployment of Jack Welch’s Six Sigma program in nine GE business units, throughout China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and Singapore. In 2000, Brenda became a Certified Master Black Belt and accepted a Global MBB role in GE International. 

After leaving GE, Brenda joined Gateway Computer Co., based in Singapore. She was hired to deploy Six Sigma throughout all Asia Pacific Operations (logistics, call center and service support) as well as in the Manufacturing plant in Melacca, Malyasia. When Gateway exited their International markets in 2002, Brenda continued to live and work in Asia Pacific, in senior roles related to Six Sigma and Process Quality.
