Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Four Fisher students sitting on bench together

Ideas, traditions, experiences and curiosity — everything the Fisher community brings to the classroom enriches our conversations, broadens our understanding and prepares us to succeed in a diverse and dynamic business world. Fostering an environment that encourages all to openly share viewpoints, challenge assumptions and debate ideas is at the heart of our commitment to producing leaders who embrace and then inspire diversity, equity and inclusion.

Programs and experiences designed to highlight and promote this critical work at Fisher have the potential to positively influence business on a larger scale. Greater understanding and recognition of individual differences and personal value today can shape the way businesses, industries and leaders operate tomorrow.

Support of programs dedicated to increasing representation at Fisher have the power to enrich the educational experiences of every student, faculty and staff member. Together, we can lead by laying the groundwork for transformational change in how social responsibility is elevated at Fisher and throughout business.

A focus on inclusion was a critical part of my decision to attend Fisher College of Business. I knew the importance of having not only a diverse environment but also one that nurtures cultural uniqueness.
