Balancing Growth, Governance and Culture in AI Experimentation and Implementation
Panel Discussion
As generative AI shifts from back-office experimentation to front-office execution, innovation leaders face a complex, high-stakes paradox: how to scale AI rapidly across the enterprise without compromising safety, security or employee trust. This challenge requires aligning innovation and risk management with the human side of change — managing workforce upskilling, overcoming cultural resistance and keeping teams engaged.
