This program is 100% online, with a combination of asynchronous and synchronous modules.
April 28-29 - Mastering Leadership and Negotiation
Participants in this program will learn and practice skills to lead change to benefit customers and coworkers, skills to adapt your negotiation strategy and tactics to different situations and people, tactics to influence and win employee commitment, and evidence-based techniques for articulating high priority organizational problems in a way to inspire and mobilize others.

In this program, participants will learn the basics to get started on their analytics journey and will discuss these five key topics: critical thinking, statistics, data visualization, programming and conveying results. Additional resources will be shared should participants wish to further their path in one of these areas.
