In this program, participants will learn the basics to get started on their analytics journey and will discuss these five key topics: critical thinking, statistics, data visualization, programming and conveying results. Additional resources will be shared should participants wish to further their path in one of these areas.

October 21-22 - Generative AI and the Future of Supply Chain
Participants will learn to evaluate GenAI solutions, implement them effectively, and leverage them for competitive advantage. By bridging the gap between technical understanding and strategic application, this course equips supply chain professionals with the knowledge to navigate the GenAI landscape confidently.

November 6-7 - Understanding the Power and Governance of Artificial Intelligence
In this program, participants will learn guided ways to utilize AI and how to assess and mitigate risks, ultimately leaving them more confident and enabled to innovate.
November 18-19 - Mastering Leadership and Negotiation for Effective Change Management
Participants in this program will learn and practice skills to lead change to benefit customers and coworkers, skills to adapt your negotiation strategy and tactics to different situations and people, tactics to influence and win employee commitment, and evidence-based techniques for articulating high priority organizational problems in a way to inspire and mobilize others.
