Diversity and Inclusion
We embrace diversity and seek to promote opportunities for excellence to be achieved by all.

The goals of the Max M. Fisher College of Business Office of Diversity and Inclusion Student Services and Corporate and Community Outreach are to provide quality student counseling, scholarships opportunities, career support services, and tutoring services which meet the needs of diverse undergraduate and graduate students enrolled or intending to enroll in the college. In addition, the office provides services and support internally to campus departments and organizations and externally to corporations, companies, and agencies which seek to help all students succeed academically, financially and socially.

Student Support Services

The Max M. Fisher College of Business Office of Diversity and Inclusion Student Services and Corporate and Community Outreach provides the following services to current and prospective minority undergraduate and graduate business students.

Eligibility

Students eligible for assistance from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Student Services and Corporate and Community Outreach fall into one of three categories:

  1. Diverse high school graduate who has demonstrated an outstanding adeptness for college work, and has a strong interest in a business career.
  2. Advanced standing diverse students with proven academic performance and a strong interest in a business career, as evidenced by lower division collegiate work.
  3. Any diverse applicant who is accepted by The Ohio State University for a Master of Business Administration , Master of Arts with specialization in business administration, Master of Human Resource Management, Master of Accounting or Doctor of Philosophy degree with specialization in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
