The Ohio State University Center for Operational Excellence Summit, now in its 13th year, is a three-day event dedicated to connecting diverse industries to the latest best practices in leadership and continuous improvement. This year’s Summit will explore how organizations are rewiring excellence with emerging tech, bold strategies, and future-ready thinking. Top authors, researchers, and lean practitioners will share insights on operationalizing AI, innovating processes, and navigating disruption with clarity and confidence.

COE member registration is now open! Members have exclusive access to Summit All-Access Passes until January 31, 2026. This deal offers members the best value for all three Summit days, including early access to workshop/tour options and savings in addition to standard group and early bird rates.

Location & Travel

The COE Summit 2026 is an in-person only event. All sessions, except tours, will take place at the Fawcett Center (2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43210). There is a  hotel block reserved the Marriott Columbus OSU for those traveling in for the event. Learn more about COE Summit 2026 logistics on the registration website. 

Pricing

Pricing is based on COE membership, date of purchase, and group size. COE member company employees are eligible for member rates. Early bird pricing (10% off) on two-day ticket options is available when registering between February 1 and March 1, and a Group discount (10% off) is available when registering groups or 10 or more. Group and early bird savings are built into All-Access Pass pricing; no discount code needed at checkout.
