    Peg Pennington, Executive Director, COE
    Senior Lecturer, Fisher College of Business

    peg penningtonPeg works closely with COE's member companies, managing and coordinating problem-solving consultations, site visits, and best-practice knowledge sharing. Peg is also the academic director of the Academy for Excellence in Healthcare, a collaboration between Ohio State University and Cardinal Health to bring operational excellence to healthcare. As a senior lecturer at the Fisher College of Business, Peg teaches lean enterprise and Six Sigma and serves as a coach for the college’s Master of Business Operational Excellence cohort in which she helped to architect. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Reach her at pennington.84@osu.edu.

    Jackie McClure, Administrative Associate

    jackie mcclureJackie has been with the COE since 2000 and provides administrative support for all of the staff and member companies. In addition, she oversees all budget and expense tracking, professional development meeting logistics and registration, member database management and Leading Through Excellence summit financials.     Matt Burns, Associate Director, Marketing & Communications

    matt burnsMatt develops and executes COE’s communications strategy, which includes its website, e-mail campaigns, printed materials, Current State e-newsletter and Think Op-Ex blog. He also oversees planning and development for COE events, including the center's annual Leading Through Excellence summit. A graduate of Ohio University with degrees in French and journalism, Matt joined COE in 2011 from the Columbus Business First newspaper. Reach him at burns.701@osu.edu.

    Krista Barezinsky, Manager, Member Relations

    krista barezinskyKrista joined COE in 2017. In her role, she leads efforts to ensure the center’s nearly 40 partner companies receive maximum value from their membership, whether engaging with Fisher College of Business faculty and students or connecting with other member companies to share best practices. Krista also participates in member recruitment and coordination of COE’s event roster, leading planning for its Women’s Leadership Forum series and managing Leading Through Excellence summit sponsor and vendor engagement.     Peter T. Ward, Co-Director
    Senior Associate Dean, Fisher College of Business

    With his background in lean management, continuous improvement, Six Sigma and operations strategy, Peter leads the COE team in developing and implementing cutting-edge programs to meet our members’ current business needs while maintaining strong relationships with our board and member companies.     John F. Dix, Co-Director

    John is the founder and president of Business Development Index Limited, Inc. and an accomplished, results-oriented executive with over 40 years of leadership positions in industry.     Aravind Chandrasekaran, Associate Director
    Associate Professor of Management Sciences, Fisher

    Aravind ChandrasekaranAravind leads COE’s innovation programming efforts and works closely with companies in the R&D / product development space.     John Gray, Associate Director
    Associate Professor of Operations, Fisher

    John works with Profs. Hill and Goldsby on COE’s Supply Chain Forums and coordinates the center’s research translation efforts. He teaches in Fisher’s MBA program and publishes research in areas including sourcing decisions and supply chain quality. Reach him at gray.402@osu.edu.

    James Hill, Associate Director
    Associate Professor of Management Sciences, Fisher

    James works with Prof. Goldsby on COE’s Supply Chain Forum series and also works specifically with companies in manufacturing process industries. His research interests include behavioral supply chain contracts and supplier diversity programs. Reach him at hill.249@osu.edu.

    Steve Lundregan, Associate Director
    Senior Lecturer, Fisher

    Steve retired after more than three decades in the insurance industry and now teaches operations management, service operations and innovation at Fisher. At COE, he drives strategy development and deployment internally and with member companies. Reach him at lundregan.5@osu.edu.


    Andrea Prud'homme, Associate Director
    Assistant Clinical Professor, Fisher

    Andrea joined the Fisher College of Business from Michigan State University, with research expertise in operations and supply chain management, logistics and international supply chain management.
