Department of Management and Human Resources

Academic Programs

In each of our degree programs, the Department of Management and Human Resources offers some specialized concentrations. Moreover, the Department has principle responsibility for a graduate program in human resources.

Undergraduate Programs

Undergraduate students work with their Academic Advisor to develop an individualized plan. Specializations provide in-depth course work with a focus on a specific area of study in business. As a business major, you may select one of 12 specializations. The Department of Management and Human Resources offers the following two specializations:

• Human Resources
• International Business

Graduate Programs

• Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)

Doctoral Programs

Doctoral students who choose business administration can select from a number of areas of emphasis. The Department of Management and Human Resources houses the following four areas of emphasis:

• Human Resources (HR)
• International Business (IB)
• Organizational Behavior (OB)
• Strategy and Entrepreneurship (Strat/Entr)
