Background

Angel Simon is a Logistics doctoral student specializing in supply chain management at the Fisher College of Business and holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University. 

Prior to the Ph.D. program, Angel worked as a software technology consultant and maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Angel's research interests include individual differences in leadership and their influence on decision-making.
