Background
Deepak Nayak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Human Resources at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, USA. He received his PhD in Strategic Management from Temple University.
Dr. Nayak's research focuses on the influence of strategic human capital management practices and structural choices on knowledge and innovation outcomes. Besides standard econometrics, he also employs Machine Learning techniques in his research. His work has been accepted for publication in leading journals such as Journal of International Business Studies and Academy of Management Journal. Dr. Nayak has been the recipient of numerous academic awards for his research and teaching cases.
