Ryan has over 25 years of experience working in higher education across the U.S. and Canada, including over 15 years at The Ohio State University. He began working in Fisher's Undergraduate Programs Office in 2019. In addition to advising students and supervising full-time advising staff, Ryan manages Fisher's Undergraduate Orientation programs and is a liaison to several offices across the university, including the Student Athlete Support Services Office (SASSO) and the Committee on Academic Misconduct (COAM).
