Kate has a background in experiential learning, student development, and educational innovation, having worked in both South Africa and the United States, designing and leading programs that support student success from enrollment to graduation. With expertise in program design, project management, learning technologies, and institutional governance, Kate thrives in environments that value impact and collaboration. Driven by a belief in education as a catalyst for change, Kate is always looking for new ways to create meaningful learning experiences and contribute to the advancement of experiential learning. Kate holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Education Honours (Educational Development and Democracy) both from Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
