Yiming Claire Huang

Yiming Huang is a Ph.D. candidate in organizational behavior at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Her research focuses on media-related leisure activities, employee well-being, and interpersonal dynamics. She received her B.B.A. from Tianjin University and her M.A. from Nanjing University.

Her work has received the Decision Sciences Collaborative Research Forum Student Prize, the Ray Travel Award for Service and Scholarship, the Decision Sciences Collaborative Small Pilot Grant, and funding from the OpenAI API Researcher Access Program.
