Yiming Claire Huang

Yiming Huang is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Her research examines media engagement, music and workplace behavior, employee well-being, and leader–follower dynamics. She holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Tianjin University and an M.A. in Business Administration from Nanjing University in China.

Her work has been recognized with the Ray Travel Award for Service and Scholarship, the Decision Sciences Collaborative Small Pilot Grant, conference travel awards from the Academy of Management, and OpenAI API Researcher Access Program Award.
