Meaningful connection with minimal disruption.

Fisher’s Executive MBA has been designed to accommodate the demands of your busy schedule. Our Executive MBA students travel from across the U.S.; you do not have to live near campus to be successful in the program. Our faculty deliver the comprehensive curriculum face-to-face during your on-campus sessions, providing immediate applicability and engaging conversation. In addition to on-campus sessions, students typically dedicate 10 to 15 hours per week to course studies and virtual team meetings.

The next cohort begins in November 2024 and concludes with graduation inside Ohio Stadium in May 2026. For specific dates for the upcoming cohort, please view our Class of 2026 Calendar  (subject to change).

Program Format

  • Open/Close Orientation

Your experience begins with a fast-paced orientation residency to immediately prepare you for the academic rigor of the program. The orientation introduces you to your classmates through a business simulation that challenges your knowledge of business functions and your decision-making skills while working in teams. This immersion week also includes self-assessments, team building and a kick-off to the leadership curriculum.

  • Open/Close Comprehensive Classroom Learning

After orientation, you will meet on campus for 14 residencies, typically Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon. While you are on campus you will learn through interactive discussions and case studies. These on-campus sessions also serve as a forum for sharing experiences and learning from other students. Class sizes are kept intentionally small to facilitate blended learning across industries. Please see below for a sample session schedule which shows how you will spend your time on campus.

  • Open/Close Experiential Immersions

The program features an international and domestic residency to further globalize the curriculum. Students have traveled to Silicon Valley, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong as part of the program. While abroad, you will be immersed in a cultural and educational experience designed to provide a holistic view and an  understanding of global business.

  • Open/Close Lasting Cohort Connections

Each cohort is comprised of individuals from a diverse array of industries, backgrounds and experiences. This accomplished group of experienced professionals will share insights and enrich your professional life. Throughout your program you will work closely with your Executive MBA team on projects and assignments while building an invaluable network in the process. Each year, students form friendships and bonds that extend far beyond graduation. Through social and networking opportunities — including speaker series, restaurant nights, gallery tours and sporting events — you’ll develop enduring and long-lasting connections.
