Prospective Participant Profile

  1. Current People Leaders: Should have experience in managing teams, implementing change initiatives, and driving organizational goals.
  2. Future People Leaders: Should have foundational education and/or experience in team management, project leadership, and technology and innovation exposure
  3. Experience with Technology: Familiarity with technological tools and an understanding of their impact on business processes is beneficial.
  4. Change Management: Experience in leading or participating in change management projects is advantageous.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand the broader implications of technology such as AI on business and workforce dynamics.
