Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services: Lean Leadership Development Program
For the 6th year in a row, Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services has partnered with Fisher Executive Education to provide learning and coaching for over 20 Nationwide leaders in the areas of lean leadership, value stream management, employee engagement, waste reduction and capability building. The program includes a day of orientation and five weeks of interactive classroom education, organization visits to see best practices, and coaching support for the duration of the program. During the program, teams work with an experienced coach on a project within the organization, and report their findings during the final session. The goal is to implement ideas and recommendations uncovered during the program.
