Discover. Over a series of meetings, we meet with you to fully understand your leadership needs and organizational goals.

Design. Based on information we gather in the discovery phase, we’ll design customize content to best meet your needs, industry, organizational values and goals for the future. At the Fisher Leadership Initiative, you'll have access to top leadership faculty in the world. During the design process, you with the most effective faculty member(s) for the program.

Experience. Our program experiences allow participants to explore new concepts and strategies, while providing practical exercises and opportunities to develop their leadership behaviors.

Impact. After completion of the experience, we’ll explore impact on both the individual participants and the organization through rigorous post-program assessment.
