Conference on Principled Leadership

Leadership lessons are everywhere ― books, webinars, podcasts, TED Talks. A market so saturated raises a key question: Where do you start?
The Conference on Principled Leadership at The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business is a premier opportunity to explore evidence-based strategies and perspectives that can drive your development as an effective leader.
Presented in partnership with the Fisher Leadership Initiative, the Conference on Principled Leadership draws on Ohio State’s longstanding pedigree as a destination for the very best in leadership research, theory and practice.
The inaugural event will explore leadership in a truly unique way. Conference attendees will have exclusive access to our Principled Leadership Assessment ― a scientifically based, pre-conference evaluation of their leadership behaviors across the four core dimensions of principled leadership: Moral Attentiveness, Flexibility, Sustainability and Responsibility. Personalized feedback from the assessment will help attendees identify conference topics that address their leadership gaps, maximizing their investment in the event and in their development as principled leaders.
Make plans to join our community of researchers, experts, alumni and friends as we dive deep into principled leadership ― what it is, why it matters and how each of us has the potential to lead with ethics and principles.
