Allyson M. Irwin is an organizational development practitioner and has experience coordinating business, academic, and philanthropic programming while managing client relationships, stakeholder involvement, and outreach initiatives. She is a community leader and change-maker who focuses on innovative and sustainable strategies.

Ally imparts impact across the The Ohio State University Center for Real Estate’s stakeholders, executes high-focus strategic initiatives, and liaises directly with the Center's Executive Director. In her role, she provides oversight of team activities and manages day-to-day operations including strategic planning, goal setting, and resource allocation.

Preceding her tenure at the Center, Ally helped spearhead a workforce-community development initiative that was supported through a strategy encompassing education, community enrichment, and economic development pillars.

Ally has worked with organizations across multiple industries including the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, Dennis Learning Center, Encova and Nationwide Insurance, and Columbus Blue Jackets.

Ally received a B.S. in Community Leadership from The Ohio State University and received an M.B.A. from Ohio University.
