Mobility Innovation Sprint Sponsored by Honda

Since 2019, the Center for Innovation Strategies has partnered with Honda to host an annual student-driven Mobility Innovation Sprint. The goal of the sprint is to empower undergraduate student teams to explore the design and deployment of a connected multi-modal campus and community transportation system that will move people and goods more quickly and with less energy than current transportation systems.

In a series of workshops over six weeks, multi-disciplinary teams of students are led through an innovation process by Center for Innovation Strategies staff, with a focus on creating sustainable and unique mobility concepts. The sprint concludes with final pitches presented to Honda senior leadership and mobility leaders from the community. In the fall of 2022, the Center was pleased to also partner with Rev1 and COTA for the sprint.
