We stress excellence in research and in teaching at the undergraduate, MBA and/or Ph.D. levels. Candidates for Assistant Professor should have a Ph.D. in finance or a related field, or expect to complete a Ph.D. in the near future, and should demonstrate the potential for outstanding achievement in research or teaching.
