Unique engagement opportunities that complement course work and maximize students' potential by applying material from courses to real-world scenarios.
LEARNING COMMUNITIES
Learning communities are groups of students who live together on a residence hall floor with a common major, career and or personal interests. Each learning community provides first-year students with direct connections to the classroom experience, intentional events and opportunities for participants, and dedicated staff members to ensure the success of the students within the community.
INDUSTRY IMMERSION PROGRAM
The Immersion program, the first of its kind in the nation, is designed to help students dive into a specific industry and stand out in a crowded marketplace — while giving companies access to top talent and fresh perspectives on their most relevant business challenges. The program takes high-achieving undergraduate students deep inside the industry of their choice for a full academic year, resulting in an in-depth of material and live business experiences typically found at the graduate level.
COMPANY SITE VISITS
Provides the opportunity to visit various companies. Students participate in small groups on “field trips” to gain a first-hand look at a company while getting the chance to see various industries “in action.” While on the site visit, students network with various company representatives.
