To get the full college experience while on campus, we have a vibrant team of talented undergraduate students who serve as Fisher Student Ambassadors who will answer your questions and take you on a tour of Fisher's campus.

Aaron Abeyesekera

What I enjoy about being a Fisher student: I appreciate how highly driven Fisher students are and how that results in a very motivating atmosphere. I also enjoy the vast diversity that makes up Fisher. This results in a great mix of people and perspectives. And lastly, I love being a part of the Buckeye family!
Best advice for a new Fisher student: Talk to upperclassmen! People at Fisher are very friendly and always happy to help and answer questions. A lot of the time, they have been in your position and can share helpful tips as well as a bit of their own insight.

What I enjoy about being a Fisher student: I enjoy being a Fisher student because I am surrounded by ambitious, like-minded individuals who share my passion for business and drive for success.
Best advice for a new Fisher student: Build a strong professional network early and don't hesitate to seek assistance; the support and guidance you receive will be invaluable and open doors to new opportunities at Fisher.

What I enjoy about being a Fisher student: My favorite thing about being a Fisher student is the positive environment. The students, professors, and staff are so encouraging, which makes a big school feel like a close-knit community.
Best advice for a new Fisher student: My advice for a new Fisher student is to take advantage of all the opportunities that Fisher has to offer. Whether it's career resources, study abroad, or leadership development, there are so many ways to get involved and make the most of your Fisher experience!

What I enjoy about being a Fisher student: The people! Every student at Fisher is willing to go above and beyond to help, whether it be regarding classes, internships, or mentorship. It’s really easy to find your group here.
Best advice for a new Fisher student: Try a little bit of everything your first year, but eventually try to whittle it down to the involvements that you are truly passionate about. The decisions will come easier than you think!

What I enjoy most about being a Fisher student: I really enjoy the welcoming community that Fisher has and the various ways that you can get involved within the Fisher College of Business.
Best advice for a new Fisher student: Take risks and apply to those Fisher student organizations. Even though Fisher can be competitive at times, there is never any harm in applying to one of the many organizations at Fisher and building connections with upperclassmen along the way.

Best advice for a new Fisher student: Utilize all the resources and opportunities that are offered to you. Visit the OCM, sign up for the luncheon, go to coffee with the older student, get to know your teachers and advisor. These connections could prove invaluable in your future endeavors.

What I enjoy most about being a Fisher Student: The community that Fisher has built is definitely my favorite aspect. From seeing familiar faces in Rohr Cafe to sharing classes with many of my friends from clubs and involvements, Fisher does an excellent job of constructing a tight knit community where everyone is there to help you and support you.
Best advice for a new Fisher student: My advice for new fisher students would be to approach everything and anything with an open mind. From clubs to coffee chats and internship applications, it is important to focus on learning and growing. I always wished I had the chance to explore a wider variety of involvements and fields, and I urge new students to not limit themselves to just one area of business right from the start. You never know where your connections will take you, and even I ended up on a path very different to what I was expecting to follow three years ago when I first started out at OSU.

What I enjoy most about being a fisher student: My favorite part of being a Fisher student is how supportive and welcoming everyone is.
