Human Resources
Help organizations succeed by helping their people succeed. Fisher’s human resources specialization examines how organizations attract, develop, support and retain talent while creating workplaces where people and businesses can perform at their best.
Through coursework in organizational behavior, employment law, talent management and strategic human resources, you’ll learn to approach workforce decisions from both a people and business perspective. This foundation can prepare you for careers in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR consulting and other people-focused roles.
Connect what you learn to the profession through experiences such as the Human Resources Association, where you can engage with fellow students, develop as a leader and build relationships with HR professionals.
Explore the human resources specialization below and prepare to shape the people strategies that move organizations forward.
