We can provide online training sessions through Zoom. You may want to call the IT Helpdesk to schedule. One of our trainers will send you a link to join a training session.
We will be offering additional sessions if needed.
Use of Mediasite is optional. It can be used to prerecord instructional material but Zoom is the preferred tool for online course delivery.

No, you are not required to use CarmenCanvas, but it can be a useful resource for communicating with your students, providing content, and sharing grades.
Fisher Helpdesk
The Helpdesk is the first point of contact for all Fisher technology-related questions and issues. Questions about software, hardware, servers, computer equipment moves, network access, classroom technology, account creation, password help, etc. should be directed to the Helpdesk.
We are open during the following times:
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm (autumn and spring semester)
7:30am - 4:30pm (summer term)
