All requests for zoom or carmen training, course delivery support, or one-one consultation with zoom or carmen experts should be routed through ITS Helpdesk. If your request is for any of the above please contact the ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@fisher.osu.edu. If your request is for emergency assistance during course delivery, please call ITS Helpdesk at 614-292-8976.

If instructors would like to check their preparedness for course delivery via Zoom, they may schedule a time window with the IT group to be online with them while they test run their course delivery. Please email ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@fisher.osu.edu or call at 614 292-8976 to schedule a test run.
