Dustin Owens has an MBA and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). He has over 20 years of Supply Chain experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, performing the responsibilities of shipping, receiving, inventory and property management, and supplier quality. He supported the delivery of over 100 mission computer units to replace outdated hardware on the US Navy's E-2C Hawkeye aircraft stationed across the US, Taiwan, and Japan. Dustin is currently supporting his company's transition to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software SAP S4/HANA.

Alissa worked for Honda for 20 years and is currently the Supply Chain Sustainability Manager; and has recently transitioned to a remote role at Grief. She started as a buyer, was promoted to senior buyer within the first few years, and has spent the last 12 years with Sustainability, 10 as manager.
As Sustainability Manager she has overseen 700+ suppliers within North America in the areas of overall Sustainability, Substances of Concern, CO2 Reduction, Responsible Sourcing, Human Rights and Cyber Security.
Alissa holds a BA from Western Michigan University in Supply Chain Management and is participating in the first cohort of the OSU Master of Supply Chain Management degree.
