Matt is a full time MSCM student that lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently, he works as a Security & International Procurement Graduate Intern for Sandia National Laboratories and serve in the Army Reserves as a Trial Defense Services Paralegal Non-comissioned Officer. Matt made the decision to pursue the MSCM program at The Ohio State University specifically because he firmly believe that The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business offers a curriculum that will provide him with the education that will help him achieve his goals and change the world for the better. Dustin Owens has an MBA and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). He has over 20 years of Supply Chain experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, performing the responsibilities of shipping, receiving, inventory and property management, and supplier quality. He supported the delivery of over 100 mission computer units to replace outdated hardware on the US Navy's E-2C Hawkeye aircraft stationed across the US, Taiwan, and Japan. Dustin is currently supporting his company's transition to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software SAP S4/HANA.

Alissa worked for Honda for 20 years and is currently the Supply Chain Sustainability Manager; and has recently transitioned to a remote role at Grief.  She started as a buyer, was promoted to senior buyer within the first few years, and has spent the last 12 years with Sustainability, 10 as manager. 

As Sustainability Manager she has overseen  700+ suppliers within North America in the areas of overall Sustainability, Substances of Concern, CO2 Reduction, Responsible Sourcing, Human Rights and Cyber Security. 

Alissa holds a BA from Western Michigan University in Supply Chain Management and is participating in the first cohort of the OSU Master of Supply Chain Management degree. 

Isaac Day is an Army Veteran who currently resides in Virginia. He has worked in government contracting for almost three years and is pursuing the MSCM in order to transition into either Army Supply Chain or Humanitarian Logistics. He is passionate about history, seeing the direct impact of helping those in need, and has two cats, Panda and Bear.

I have 30 years of Supply Chain and Operations Management experience, yet still marvel at the advancements and efficiencies possible with technology, education, and collaboration in this profession. I've had the opportunity to conduct business in several countries and across different industries. Notable experiences include being part of a green-field start up team, serving on local APICS boards, working as a Business Process Owner for an SAP implementation, and being part of a Center of Excellence team focused on Global Sales and Operations Planning, and now leading an end-to-end Supply Chain Fulfillment team for a Fortune 500 company. I believe Supply Chain related careers offer a multitude of engaging opportunities and paths for continued learning and development.

John is an MSCM student at Fisher College of Business interested in Strategy & Technology.

Jason Tate is a supply chain professional with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, supply chain optimization and performance improvement. He believes in end-to-end supply chain visibility and transparency, and loves to learn about strategic sourcing methods especially with companies that are world changing to make our environment a better place. Jason holds a BAAS degree from the University of North Texas and is participating in the second cohort of the OSU Master of Supply Chain Management degree. 

Maxwell Rodney, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, relocated to Houston, Texas, with his family after Hurricane Katrina. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from The Ohio State University with a BA in Strategic Communications, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management & Logistics at Ohio State. Maxwell is passionate about using his education to help businesses implement sustainable practices and enhance operational efficiency.

As a United States and NCAA Division 1 fencer, Maxwell is dedicated to mentoring young athletes, engaging in community outreach, and exploring entrepreneurial ventures.
