On-Campus Experiences
Bring online learning to life and future-proof your skillset.
MSCM students spend time on Ohio State’s main campus on two occasions throughout the program. These intimate and personalized learning experiences include workshops, on-site industry Gemba tours in Columbus, Ohio, executive speakers and in-person networking.
Online Instruction Meets Hands-On Experiences
These two-day, in-person sessions utilize weekends so that they require students to be on campus no more than two weekdays during the entirety of the program. These experiences are an essential element of our programming and greatly enhance the online classroom learning, networking and professional development for our students. MSCM students are expected to attend the in-person sessions, with rare exceptions.
This two-day on-campus experience includes a mini-course on finance and accounting and a company visit with a facility tour and executive presentation. Students reflect on one of the tours/visits they experienced, note key supply chain challenges facing the company, and provide a strategy for addressing them.
