Harrison Diversity Scholarship Fund
For nearly 30 years, David Harrison has served as a mentor and advocate for diverse and underrepresented students at Fisher College of Business. As senior director of Fisher’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion Student Services and Corporate and Community Outreach, his work — building, equipping and inspiring tomorrow’s leaders — has transformed the student experience for thousands.
To recognize the incredible affection and gratitude shared by the alumni and friends that David has positively impacted, The David E. and Tamara E. Harrison Diversity Scholarship Fund has been established at Fisher. The fund will provide scholarships to diverse undergraduate and graduate students at the college, furthering David’s commitment to creating leaders and champions of diversity and inclusion who have been empowered to make positive and significant differences in their organizations, their communities and our world.
Our family is grateful to know that the collective effort of all of our contributions, whether great or small, will help support many generations of future students reach their fullest potential. Together, the strength of our pooled resources will make it possible to change the trajectory of students who dream to students who achieve!
At Fisher, we believe in the power of people and their potential — the potential to shape the lives and opportunities of generations of business leaders, just as David Harrison has.
The collective goal behind the David E. and Tamara E. Harrison Diversity Scholarship Fund is to raise upwards of $1 million for scholarships which, for many underrepresented students, are lifelines to a premier business education at Ohio’s flagship university, vital experiential learning opportunities and an incredible network of alumni, friends and business leaders.
