Rocky Mountain Leaders Expedition

A breathtaking leadership experience.

The Rocky Mountain Leaders Expedition is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go on a journey of self-discovery and elevate your leadership skills. Learn to lead and follow alongside one of the most influential leadership scholars in the world, Tim Judge, as you complete our "High Stakes Leadership" course and climb one of the most beautiful venues in the United States — Rocky Mountain National Park.

This nine-day summer experience, coupled with a course offered in spring 2023, will provide you with opportunities to forge skills in:

The Rocky Mountain Leaders Expedition will take place in August 2024 and is supported by the Rosenfield Family Foundation. The program is eligible for funding from the Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) and credit towards the Dean's Leadership Academy's Certificate in Leadership. No previous outdoor recreational experience is required to participate.

Program requirements:

• Enrollment in BUSMHR 3500: High Stakes Leadership in SP'24 semester
• Program fee: $700
  • Includes ground transportation upon arrival in Colorado, lodging, all activity fees, gear, meals.
