Rene Aelvoet

Rene Aelvoet is Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at TTI, Inc., where he leads global commercial and operational initiatives supporting complex, multinational supply chains. He brings more than 15 years of experience in global operations and supply chain leadership within the electronic components industry, with a strong focus on operational execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and customer support.

Rene holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree from the University of North Texas.

David Beatson

David I. Beatson is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the global transportation and logistics industry.  He has served as President and CEO of Emery Worldwide, Chairman and CEO of Circle International Group, and CEO of Panalpina North America.

Mr. Beatson brings extensive public and private company board experience.  He previously served on the board of PFSweb (NASDAQ: PFSW), where he chaired the Audit Committee, and on the board of Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ: DSGX), where he chaired the Nominating Committee.  He was also a member of the Compensation Committee for both companies.

He currently serves on the Executive Board of ATL Partners, a New York–based private equity firm focused on the aerospace, transportation, and logistics sectors.  He has served on the boards of ATL portfolio companies Pilot Freight Services and Rock-it Cargo and is currently a director of Stargo, an AI-based transportation and logistics software company headquartered in Israel.

Mr. Beatson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.  He resides in Hillsborough, California, with his wife, Diana.

Amy Biesenthal

Amy Biesenthal is the Vice President of Inventory Control at Medline, where she leads network‑wide governance, standardization, and visibility to strengthen controls, improve accuracy, and advance operational excellence across the organization. She brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, operations, data governance, and large‑scale transformation for Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Medline, Amy served as Senior Director of Supplier Operations at Nordstrom, where she led a multi‑year transformation of inbound operations, expanded organizational capabilities, and improved product flow, visibility, and vendor accountability across the network. Prior to Nordstrom, she spent over a decade at Walgreens in leadership roles spanning inventory management, master data, data governance, transportation, and analytics. Her experience includes strengthening inbound processes and controls, delivering multimillion‑dollar productivity improvements, developing enterprise‑wide data governance and operational frameworks, and leading system development and integration to enhance accuracy and end‑to‑end visibility.

Amy is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with Honors and Distinction, with specializations in Transportation & Logistics and International Business. She was a member of the Honors Cohort Program and completed an award‑winning undergraduate research thesis on customer prioritization and lead time. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in German from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago.

Will Bryan

Will Bryan is a Senior Director of Product Supply Planning at Coca‑Cola Consolidated, the largest Coca‑Cola bottler in the United States. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he leads enterprise supply chain initiatives across demand planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), product lifecycle management, and network optimization, partnering closely with commercial, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Will brings experience across multiple segments of the supply chain. Prior to Coca‑Cola Consolidated, he held operations roles with ABF Freight (ArcBest), a leading LTL carrier, and DHL Supply Chain, a global third‑party logistics (3PL) provider, where he supported distribution operations and customer solutions. This background provides him with a broad, end‑to‑end perspective spanning transportation, logistics, and planning. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Auburn University.

Daniel Cabral

Alvaro Carvalheira

Alvaro Carvalheira is a senior supply chain and logistics executive with over 30 years of global experience across the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. He leads large-scale logistics operations in North America, driving distribution, transportation, and operational performance across complex networks.

He has held multiple regional and global leadership roles, including building and scaling integrated supply chain organizations and shared service models across diverse international markets. His expertise spans end-to-end supply chain management, with a strong focus on logistics, planning, international trade, and transformation.

Alvaro holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan.

Jon Cox

Jon is Sr. Director Solutions Design at DHL Supply Chain, leading the transportation and network design practice for the North America region. His team supports both new business opportunities as well as consulting engagements with DHL’s customers. Jon also leads the global Transport practice within Solutions Design, bringing together regional teams and providing a forum for best practice and knowledge sharing.

Jon has over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain with roles supporting operations as well as solutions development. He has previous experience in both white goods final mile delivery and parcel network solutions, in addition to his expertise in transportation solutions at DHL Supply Chain. Many of the teams he has led have focused on business development, network optimization, commercial strategy, and operational re-engineering.

Jon holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Abbey Deckop

10+ years of experience across supply chain and operations scaling transportation, warehouse, logistics, and customer implementation functions. My focus is towards integrating innovative strategies with attention on key pillars of business development, operations & profitable growth. Co-owning the turnaround of a $1B product P&L tracking to EBIT-neutral in 2026 and EBIT-positive in 2027. Trusted across the organization as a cross-functional connector who consistently moves complex, stalled work to decision and action. 

Joe Gordon

Joe Gordon is the Chief Supply Chain & Technology Officer at Krispy Krunchy Chicken, where he leads global supply chain, procurement, distribution, culinary research & development, quality assurance, food safety, and enabling technology platforms that support one of the fastest‑growing convenience‑store foodservice brands in the U.S. He is responsible for building scalable, resilient infrastructure and data‑driven strategies that enable profitable growth across more than 3,500 locations.

With more than 30 years of senior supply chain leadership experience, Joe has held executive roles at leading restaurant and foodservice brands including Wendy’s, Noodles & Company, Portillo’s, Smashburger, Teriyaki Madness, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken. His career spans logistics, sourcing, proteins and commodities, food safety, quality assurance, and culinary innovation, with over two decades of experience leading Quality, Food Safety, and R&D organizations.

Joe is recognized as a forward‑thinking executive with deep expertise in supply chain resilience, nearshoring, vendor strategy, and advanced analytics, including the practical application of AI and data platforms to improve decision‑making, consistency, and operator profitability. He is known for building high‑performance teams, simplifying complex systems, and aligning operational execution with brand growth and customer value.

Joe holds a B.S. in Production & Operations Management from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Colorado State University. He is based in Denver, Colorado.

Chris Hooker

I'm curious and like big challenges. My favorite things in the world are meeting people, cycling, hiking, trying new restaurants/bars, traveling, having new experiences, and trying out new adventures. I love Operations, Sales, and being part of a strong team. I'm learning to speak Spanish and about halfway to fluency, así que si hablas español, ¡háblalo conmigo!

Jeremy Lane

I have spent over twenty years inside TTI, a Berkshire Hathaway distribution platform with approximately 10,000 employees across a dynamic and complex global footprint. At each stage of that career I have been entrusted with the opportunity to improve operations critical to our success, and my teams have delivered in improving or building what was needed.

My current remit covers strategic transformation and leadership governance across our organization. I direct the enterprise transformation portfolio and set strategic direction for leadership development and succession readiness across the platform.

Phil Marlowe

Phillip “Phil” Marlowe is president and founder of the supply chain software company, Acuitive Solutions, LLC based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Acuitive’s cloud-based global transportation management system makes it easier for large companies to manage global inbound freight moves.

Prior to co-founding and self-funding Acuitive in 2002, Phil held sales, management, and application development positions with several leading transportation, 3PL, and supply chain software companies, including GT Nexus, FedEx Supply Chain Services, Sea-Land Service, Buyers Consolidators, and BridgePoint.

In total he has more than 32 years of experience in global logistics. As Acuitive’s lead executive officer, Phil is responsible for corporate strategy, operating performance, business and product development, sales, administration and end-to-end customer satisfaction.
 
A native of Northeast Ohio, Phil holds a B.S. in International Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher School of Business. He is a longtime and avid participant in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) having served several terms as President of the Charlotte CSCMP Roundtable, and is a former Regional CSCMP Roundtable Advisor, former Global Roundtable Programs Chair, as well as a former member of the CSCMP Strategic Advisory Committee.

My career spans complex global roles where I've optimized processes, managed billion-dollar budgets, and led cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution. At Intel, I spearheaded the development of critical Order-to-Cash capabilities, led a global supply chain organizations to achieve a 40% efficiency boost, and implemented groundbreaking talent programs that elevated organizational performance. My strategic sourcing expertise has delivered over $100M in cumulative savings, while my leadership in logistics ensured delivery for Intel’s largest projects, including a new fabrication plant launch. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, with a passion for mentoring teams, being a trusted advisor, and driving scalable, future-ready solutions.

Michael Senyak

Michael Senyak (BSBA ’17) is a Project Lead for International Business Development at The Hershey Company. He previously served as a Senior Supply Planner, supporting more than 400 SKUs and approximately $350M in annual revenue across five international manufacturing locations. His roles have supported innovation portfolios delivering over 25% organic CAGR and driven the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Hershey’s $10B+ confection and snacks business. Prior to joining Hershey, Michael held roles at DHL Supply Chain and Wexner Medical Center on-campus in Columbus.

Michael holds a BSBA from the Fisher College of Business and an MBA from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business. He resides in south‑central Pennsylvania with his family and serves as a swim coach for a local high school.

Hannah Strominger

Hannah is Vice President of Planning & Procurement at Safelite. Her team is responsible for Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Inventory Management, and Local Sourcing.

Hannah's previous experiences span supply chain planning and procurement responsibilities in food manufacturing, Most recently, Hannah was the VP Commercial & Procurement at Bakkavor USA, where she led the sales, marketing, procurement, and supply chain functions for the fresh prepared foods business.

Prior to Bakkavor, Hannah spent the first 14 years of her career at Nestlé USA. She worked across various business units starting as a supply chain analyst and moving into demand planning before she began leading teams in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain planning, and business integrations.

Hannah holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.

Konrad Warzycha

Konrad leads compliance operations, including carrier administration and claims. With over a decade at EASE, he brings deep institutional knowledge and industry expertise. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Konrad is a first-generation immigrant from Poland and lives in Dublin, OH, with his wife and two sons.

Patrick West

Patrick is Supply Chain Director for Univation Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Inc. His team is responsible for delivering value to customers through the most efficient and effective end-to-end experience, from planning and product supply to delivery and payment. He is responsible for the Executive S&OP process to support the business unit for short and long-term growth as well as supporting key ISC priorities like sustainability and digitalization.

In his 17 plus years, he has gained experience in supply chain planning, logistics, capital procurement, trade compliance, and warehousing. He started at Dow, after graduating from Ohio State, in their Supply Chain rotational program in Midland, MI and has since had the opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia and Houston, TX and lead teams responsible for hazardous materials distribution, commissioning and start-up, equipment expediting and logistics, and plastics delivery strategies. 

He serves as a member of the Univation Leadership and the Dow North American Supply Chain Regional Leadership Teams. Additionally, he is the Dow's Supply Chain Recruiting Lead for Howard University and has held various leadership positions within GAAN - Global African Affinity Network, Dow's ERG focused on the experience of employees of African Heritage. 

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization in Logistics Management from The Ohio State University and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
