Position: (Full) Professor of Management and Human Resources (Strategy Group)

The Department of Management and Human Resources, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, is searching for a distinguished scholar for Professor in Strategy. This is a full-time, tenure track appointment, to begin autumn semester 2020. Candidates with exemplary research records will also be considered for named professorships and endowed chairs. This scholar will be expected to produce high quality research, be involved in collaborative research efforts with other faculty and PhD students, and provide leadership in research, teaching, and service both within the college and within the field of strategy.

Ph.D. (or equivalent) is required, as is a distinguished publication record that places the candidate among the leaders in the field. Teaching and service records must also be at the highest level. The Fisher College is not currently committed to any particular area of research, theory, or methodological approach and is open to applications from any scholar asking research questions that are at the core of the strategy field. Salary and teaching load are highly competitive and are commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
