Business Bootcamp: A College and Career Preview
Business Bootcamp aims to create an all-encompassing college preparation plan designed specifically for Ohio high school rising juniors and seniors who may not have access to, or prior experience with, college readiness programs. The goal of this initiative is to bridge the gap for students who might face barriers in navigating the complexities of preparing for higher education, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully pursue a college degree and future career in business.
This day-long program gathers students from various high schools across Ohio, offering a comprehensive, hands-on approach to the college preparation process. Through a series of workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions, participants will receive in-depth guidance on key aspects of the college application process, understanding business as a degree and future career, and college resources for success.

Important Information
By engaging in workshops and other professional development programming with Fisher students, alumni, and faculty, students will be able to walk away feeling well equipped for their college search process and more knowledgeable about business as a potential major and career.

The following students are encouraged to apply:
- Rising high school juniors & seniors with a 3.2 cumulative high school GPA
- Ohio residents
- Students with limited access and/or experience with college planning
- First generation college students
A 150-200 word essay is required to apply to this program. Students who do not submit a complete essay will not be considered.
