Business Bootcamp: A College and Career Preview

Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Business Bootcamp aims to create an all-encompassing college preparation plan designed specifically for Ohio high school students who may not have access to, or prior experience with, college readiness programs. The goal of this initiative is to bridge the gap for students who might face barriers in navigating the complexities of preparing for higher education, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully pursue a college degree and future career.

This day-long program gathers students from various high schools across Ohio, offering a comprehensive, hands-on approach to the college preparation process. Through a series of workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions, participants will receive in-depth guidance on key aspects of the college application process, understanding business as a degree and future career, and college resources for success.
