Business Bootcamp
Business Bootcamp aims to create an all-encompassing college preparation plan for first-generation high school students who do not have access to and/or experience with college readiness programs.
This day-long program brings first-generation students from Ohio high schools together to provide guidance on the college application process, career readiness, applying for financial aid, and understanding campus resources.
Important Information
By engaging in workshops and other professional development programming with Fisher students, alumni, and faculty, students will be able to walk away feeling well equipped for their college search process and more knowledgeable about business as a potential major.
- Learn about the resources that support student success at Fisher for first-generation college students
- Understand the college application process at Ohio State
- Navigate the financial aid process including applying for scholarships and filing the FAFSA
- Explore business as a potential major and career path
The following students are encouraged to apply:
- Rising high school juniors & seniors with a 3.2 cumulative high school GPA
- Ohio residents
- Students with limited access and/or experience with college planning
- First generation college students
