BUSMHR 3303 - HR Analytics
This course is intended to prepare students with the necessary tools for using data analysis to inform HR decision-making and to analyze issues and problems in HRM. Prereq: English 1110.01 or equiv.
BUSMHR 7303 - People Analytics for Human Resource Management
This course will familiarize students with the concept of data analytics (big data) and its applicability in a business environment. Students will have the opportunity to experience different statistical methods and data analytics software in order to analyze information while putting that data into a compelling story to help drive business decisions. Prereq: Enrollment in the MHRM program.
