Bryce Linford is a second-year PhD student majoring in organizational behavior. Prior to entering the doctoral program, he received his B.S. degree in finance and his M.A. in experimental psychology. His current research focuses on how individuals manage multiple commitments in the workplace. He is also conducting research in the areas of goal commitment, human capital, and team attitudes.
