From Students

"Through Fisher’s Leadership Initiative I was able to learn from outstanding business leaders who served both as professors and mentors. The program also allowed me to practice my authentic leadership style inside and outside the classroom."

Luis A. Garcia Fuentes
Banking and Capital Markets Assurance, PwC
Fisher Graudate, Spring 2017

"Developing Leaders through Practical Exercises has been my favorite class yet at Fisher College of Business. I really enjoyed the smaller/more intimate setting...as well as the level of mental engagement... The regular small group exercises kept the class interesting; the lectures included useful application points which made the relevancy to the real world apparent. I love the idea of developing leaders with interpersonal skills, and there is not much focus on that elsewhere in the college, so I think this course fills a big void."

Daniel Keener,
Human Resources Major,
Current Fisher Student

"I was an incredibly self-conscious individual and never saw myself as a leader. This program led me through the growth process of rising from self-doubt and acknowledging that I have the ability to lead. I now see myself as a leader with endless potential to grow as I begin my career."

Katie Waters,
Marketing Management Trainee, Unilever Future Leaders Program,
Fisher Graduate, Spring 2017
