Rachel is Founder + CEO of TENFOLD and TENSPACE. TENFOLD is an award-winning strategy and creative firm that builds brands through the lens of culture - leveraging what makes them truly unique and special on the inside. The company’s designed solutions bring company culture to life through omni-channel activation in the physical, digital and experiential space. TENSPACE is a dedicated space that leverages TENFOLD’s design approach to create in-real-life experiences for online brands. TENSPACE features one brand at a time in an experiential ‘show’ for 3-months. This revolving brick-andmortar concept is a completely new shopping experience and acquisition platform that is changing the way consumers engage with DTC brands. 

TENFOLD and TENSPACE solutions incorporate brand and culture strategy, environmental graphic design and interactive digital-display technology to create spaces that educate, inform and inspire, connecting people to place in a meaningful way. As an entrepreneurial start-up in 2014, TENFOLD has quickly become an industry-leading, award-winning firm. In 2018, 2021, and 2022 TENFOLD received Best of Show honors from the American Advertising Federation. Craig Morin

Craig is the Operations Director at A Carpenter's Son Design Co. (ACS). ACS is a custom residential and commercial furniture design company based in Columbus, Ohio. Founded in 2015, ACS builds the best quality furniture for the most elevated spaces. Tackling anything from  hundreds of pieces of furniture for commercial hospitality projects, to one-off heirloom commissions for your home, ACS's custom design and build process can bring any space to life.

More broadly, Craig is an experienced operator, project manager, and leader of people in the start-up and small business space in Central Ohio. Having served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army from 2011 to 2016, Craig draws upon a wealth of experience leading people to drive change within organizations. 

Outside of business hours, you're most likely to find Craig gardening or on a hike with his girlfriend Allison and their dog, Poptart.

Rocio Manriquez

Vice President Operational Excellence and US Manufacturing

Rocio Manriquez, a seasoned professional in the realm of manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serves as the Vice President of US Manufacturing and Operational Excellence at CONMED. Hailing from her hometown of Chihuahua, Mexico, Rocio now calls Palm Harbor, Florida, her home.

With an impressive tenure of eight years at CONMED, Rocio has established herself as a driving force within the company. Her journey towards excellence was furthered by her graduation from the prestigious Master of Business Operational Excellence program in 2023, a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Rocio's multifaceted expertise spans various domains including OPS leadership, engineering, quality directorship, and supplier development. Her comprehensive skill set and strategic vision have been instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes and fostering operational excellence within CONMED.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rocio finds profound motivation in her family, their well-being serving as a guiding force in her life. Additionally, her innate desire to uplift others and her unwavering commitment to achieving success drive her relentless pursuit of excellence in all endeavors.
