AI Fluency Jumpstart: Leading with AI

Most AI programs teach leaders how to use AI. This one teaches them how to lead through it. Personal AI fluency is important, but leading with AI means setting direction, reshaping how the organization operates and guiding people through change. It is a leadership challenge first and a technology challenge second.

The program centers on four leadership imperatives for an AI-shaped world: reimagining value creation, building organizational capacity, leading cultural transformation and navigating the evolving AI ecosystem. Together, they help leaders move beyond isolated AI experiments to create lasting organizational impact. Learning alongside a cohort of senior leaders from diverse industries, participants will challenge assumptions, exchange insights and sharpen their thinking through peer discussion. The result is not just an understanding of AI's potential, but practical frameworks and the foundation of a transformation plan that can be applied immediately within their organization.

Prospective Participant Profile

This program is designed for senior leaders responsible for setting AI direction and leading their organizations through the change, not for hands-on builders.

Typical participants include:

  • C-suite executives and their leadership teams
EVPs, SVPs, and business unit leaders
Functional heads accountable for AI strategy and adoption in their domain
Senior leaders sponsoring or steering enterprise AI transformation
Board members and senior advisors who need the strategic frame

The common thread: participants own outcomes at the organizational level, and they are being asked to lead an AI transformation rather than execute a project.
