Optional Immersion Week Experience in the U.S.
Dates to be determined by Cohort during program.
Participants who complete the Professional Certificate in Operational Excellence program are invited to attend an Immersion Week in the U.S. to complete their experience, and to extend their learning.
This trip coincides with a scheduled session of the Academy for Excellence in Healthcare. Participants will meet the teams that are participating in the Academy, sit in on class sessions, and observe report-outs on the projects that Academy teams have been working on for their organizations.
Participants on this trip will also visit The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and the Cardinal Health National Logistics Center, a remarkable operation that provides pharmaceuticals and medical products and services to more than 100,000 locations each day.
