MBE Middle Market Executive Education

MBE Middle Market Executive Education

The Minority Business Enterprise Middle Market Executive Education program prepares minority leaders from middle-market companies for tomorrow’s challenges. This innovative program provides training and development by The Ohio State University’s Fisher College Of Business, highlighting aspects of operational excellence and leadership behaviors, which are essential for successfully executing change and furthering innovation into the future.

To optimize the learning experience, each team is expected to fully participate in five on-campus immersions. In addition, each participant will be required to bring a business challenge or opportunity they are trying to solve within their organization. Participants will work on these problems with experienced faculty and industry leaders, applying the knowledge starting from day one.
