What is growth-oriented leadership? Why is growth a vital — and somewhat neglected — concept in leadership? How do we become growth-oriented leaders?
In this session, we’ll discuss strategies to lead with a growth-mindset which are relevant for all individuals regardless of age or professional experience.

What is principled leadership? Why does it matter for leaders to hold, understand and lead from their principles? What effect does principled leadership have on organizations?
In this session, we’ll describe principled leadership and its uses, examine your principles through an activity and discuss how to apply your principles to the individuals and organizations you lead.
