The Accounting Association - The Accounting Association is a student organization that is open to all students with an interest in accounting. The mission of the Accounting Association is to provide an environment that allows for the development and enhancement of skills necessary for a career in business, and to provide a forum for students to network with accounting professionals, accounting faculty, and other students.
Information Systems Association (ISA) - The Information Systems Association is dedicated to providing MIS, CIS, and CSE students with opportunities to network with technology professionals, professors, and each other. Built upon this foundation, the association's goal is to facilitate a smooth transition between academia and the professional world. ISA is composed of an awesome and diverse collection of Ohio State students, and they hold several social activities throughout the year that will enable you to build friendships and future contacts.
Beta Alpha Psi (National Accounting Honorary) - The Omicron Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, founded on June 1, 1929, is a national honors fraternity that enhances the university educational experience by providing interaction with practitioners, conducting technical and personal development programs through campus, regional and national meetings, and promoting and encouraging community service.
National Association of Black Accountants - The Ohio State University Student Chapter of NABA unites accounting students who have similar interests and ideals, are committed to academic and future professional excellence, a sense of professional and civic responsibility, and are concerned with enhancing opportunities for minorities in the accounting profession.
Undergraduate Finance Association - The mission of UFA is to provide finance majors with professional, social, and educational opportunities. The group is open to any dedicated student interested in learning about job opportunities in the field of finance. UFA hosts speakers from the various fields of business, such as banking, stock brokerage, corporate finance, investment banking, investment analysis, and financial consulting. Students can meet professionals in a casual and relaxed environment.
